Entries are very limited (2 individuals and 1 relay per event per team), so prepare to be flexible and possibly try something new. :)

If you cannot make it on time to this event, please let us know ASAP but no later than 3 full days before the meet (we will let you know if the deadline is even earlier, which is definitely possible).

Team arrival/setup 1:00, warmup 1:15, coaches' meeting 1:30, field events 2:00, running events 2:30.
